SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The estimated time is 2 to 4 business days shipments to the Canary Islands. This period includes warehouse processing, and the carrier's delivery period.

Once your order has been placed, the delivery period from our warehouses is between 24 and 48 working hours.
We only work with specialized courier and transport companies (SEUR and Correos), in case of absence, the courier will pass a second time to ensure that your order is delivered within the established period. If this is not possible, they will contact you on the telephone number you have provided.
Once the purchase is made, you can request a tracking code for your order if you want to check the exact day of delivery.
If you do not have any item / s of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you an estimated delivery time.

Conditions for return

Warranty and lack of conformity
In the event of a defective product, Alkauf will offer you a free replacement, repair or refund of the amount paid, assuming us the shipping costs that may be generated. Allkauf respond to any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
